Terms and Conditions — prk92 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and prk92 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing the prk92 platform — whether through the website at prk92.pro, the Android APK or the iOS web application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players on the prk92 platform, including those accessing from anywhere within Pakistan. The Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and prk92.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the prk92 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. prk92 is an adult platform and access by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documentation at any point, and accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be closed immediately.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not accepted.
• You must not be excluded from gaming activities through a self-exclusion programme or any similar restriction applied by prk92 or through your own account settings.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration. This includes your real name , contact details and date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole owner and operator of the account you register. Sharing accounts, managing accounts on behalf of another person, or allowing others to access your account is not permitted.

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one prk92 account. If we detect that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your prk92 account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. prk92 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your credentials have been compromised in any way, you must contact prk92 support immediately. We can place an immediate hold on your account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the matter is investigated.

You are liable for all activity that occurs on your account while it is under your credentials, including any wagers placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested — except in cases where unauthorised access is clearly established and promptly reported to us.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online services.
• Enable biometric login if you are using the prk92 Android app — this adds a layer of security appropriate for mobile use.
• Always log out of the platform when using shared or public devices.

prk92 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be inactive for an extended period, used in violation of these Terms, or associated with any form of fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed by prk92 for reasons not related to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the prk92 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The specific payment methods available to you at any given time may vary and will be displayed in your account's cashier section.

Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier. These minimums are intentionally kept accessible so that players across Pakistan can participate without requiring large upfront commitments.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor.
• prk92 does not charge additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank directly.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

prk92 operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Any deposits that appear inconsistent with normal player activity may be subject to additional review. Players are expected to use the platform for gaming entertainment purposes only and not to attempt to use it as a financial transaction channel.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity has been verified — KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been completed.
• The withdrawal method used matches the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

prk92 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each offer.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Cricket and PSL promotions may be offered during active tournament seasons with specific market requirements. These are governed by the same general bonus rules above, supplemented by promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

7. VIP Programme

The prk92 VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all game types on the platform. All new registered players begin at Bronze tier automatically upon registration.

VIP tier benefits include — but are not limited to — priority withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, personalised bonus offers, cashback rates, and at the top Platinum and Diamond tiers, a dedicated account manager and exclusive tier-specific perks.

• Tier thresholds and benefit structures are subject to change. prk92 will provide reasonable notice of material changes to the VIP programme via the platform or by direct player communication.
• VIP tier status and associated benefits are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another person.
• Tier status may be reviewed periodically. Extended inactivity or breach of these Terms may result in tier adjustment or removal of VIP benefits.
• prk92 reserves the right to decline or remove a player from the VIP programme at its discretion where there is evidence of abuse or a serious breach of these Terms.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the prk92 platform — slots, live casino, sports betting and any other game format — are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
